Bodegas Zudugarai Antxiola Getariako Txakolina Blanco (2025)

This Txakolina (pronounced cha-ko-leena), is light on its feet, offers refreshing acidity and a bit of effervescence on the palate. Notes of green apple and zesty citrus are complemented by bone dry, salty minerality. All work in the organically farmed vineyards is done by hand including harvest. The wine is then bottled while young to retain some of its natural effervescence. This pairs well with raw bar, shellfish and white flakey fish in an herbal/savory preparation.
