Brooklyn Kura’s Tidal Junmai is a medium-bodied, dry Junmai made with 100% California Calrose rice.Tidal is produced by blending two modern Junmai sakes, by producing in this method the brewery was able to achieve a layered complexity, that balances between bold fruit notes and subtle richness of rice. Brooklyn Kura’s Tidal showcases aromas of pine needles, soft nectarine on the nose and on the palate, a rice-forward depth, and a clean mineral finish. This is a good all-purpose food sake, especially for dishes that want a clean, dry pairing without losing body. We suggest pairing it with grilled seafood, roast chicken or lightly seasoned dishes where rice character and acidity need to stay in balance.
