Chateau Calon-Segur Saint-Estephe Le Marquis De Calon-Segur (2019)

The second wine of Chateau Calon Segur has aromas of dark red and black fruit with hints of plum and lavender. The palate is full-bodied with dense flavors of black currant, dark chocolate, graphite, and exotic spice. The alcohol level is at 15% but the lengthy tannins give it a very full and creamy finish. A wine that punches well above its weight.
