Chateau Olivier Grand Cru Classe Rouge (2019)

This wine has the classic profile of wines from the Graves region of Bordeaux. The aromas of dark cherries, black currants, tobacco and a hint of smoke and new oak are all present. The flavors of dark fruit, earth and died herbs are complemented by ripe polished tannins. The finish is evolved and lingering. A great accompaniment to grilled meats and well aged cheeses.
