A wonderfully distinctive and beautifully aromatic gin with an extraordinary garden-fresh nose of tomato leaf, cucumber and crisp apple alongside lemon zest, juniper and freshly crushed herbs. Hints of basil, coriander, grapefruit peel and white pepper emerge with air. Medium- to full-bodied but remarkably fresh, with an oily botanical texture offset by bright acidity and an almost saline quality. The tomato character is fascinating—not cooked or overtly fruity, but green and leafy, recalling the smell left on your hands after brushing against tomato vines in a summer garden. Cucumber and juicy apple soften the edges before juniper, citrus peel, pepper and savory herbs bring structure. Long, clean and mouthwatering, with tomato leaf, cucumber, citrus and sea salt lingering beautifully. Original without becoming gimmicky.
