Domaine De Piaugier, Côtes Du Rhône La Grange De Piaugier (2023)

This is an organically farmed, elegant, traditional, Southern Rhone blend, dominated by Grenache (80%), blended with Syrah, Carignane, and Cinsault.This wine is aged entirely in cement tanks to maximize freshness.It has dominant notes of sweet cherries, red berries, candied plums, mixed with violet floral notes. This pairs well with roasted lamb, steak, pork, earthy mushroom stews, and Mediterranean roasted vegetables.
