Domaine Dujac Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru "Aux Malconsorts" is an acclaimed, highly allocated and sought after collectible red Burgundy from one of Burgundy’s most revered domaines. The 2023 vintage is an exceptional expression of the famed Aux Malconsorts vineyard, which sits in a prestigious Premier Cru parcel bordering the legendary Grand Cru vineyard La Tâche; with vine plantings dating from the 1960s through 1996. These old vines produced a long-lived Pinot Noir, long-lived Pinot Noir, combining ripe red-and-black fruit ,muscular, with Dujac’s signature floral, spicy, whole-cluster energy and Grand Cru Level depth. The nose showcases aromas of cherries, cassis, black raspberry, black cherry, red cherry, strawberry, raw cocoa, cedar, warm/exotic spices, ember smoke, and an intriguing savory note. We suggest pairing with duck, venison loin, dry-aged beef, braised lamb, or a truffled mushroom preparation.
