Domaine Feraud et Fils Chateauneuf-du-Pape Terre De Pensees (2022)

This highly regarded Southern Rhone red blend of 85% Grenache, supplemented with Syrah, Mourvedre, and a touch of Clairette Rosè, is crafted by a small family run estate known for its sand-dominant terroirs, and is fermented primarily in concrete vats and then Old French Oak barrels for 14 - 18 months.It has a fragrant bouquet of wild red berries, ripe black fruit, cherries, and wild Mediterranean herbs.

This wine is round, fleshy, velvety with balanced tannins and pairs well withClassic roasted meats (lamb, beef, veal), mushroom pasta, rich eggplant dishes, and hearty stews.
