This is also a highly acclaimed white wine from the Northern Rhone Valley made up of predominantly Marsanne grapes which have been fermented in both Old French oak, as well as stainless steel, with ratings between 96-98.This vintage defied a notably warm growing season, producing an early harvest with immense concentration, structured (red wine-like) heft, and is mineral driven, with notes of white flowers, honeysuckle, jasmine, ripe peach, complex traces of crushed stone, smoke, and warm spices.This wine pairs well with rich seafood, Premium Poultry and Veal, Mushrooms, and rich cheeses.
