This organically grown crisp white wine from the Southern Rhone Valley, is a balanced blend of Clairette and Bourboulenc.

The grapes are fermented in temperature controlled cement vats and left on the lees for several months.The Clairette provides freshness, acidity, and minerality, while the Bourboulenc brings stone fruit depth and structural weight.It has aromas of white peach,star fruit, and pear, and a hint of anise.This minerally white wine pairs well with roasted chicken, baked pork loin, fresh seafood, Mediterranean dishes, and aged cheeses.
