Dominio De Pingus PSI Ribera del Duero (2023)

The 2022 PSI has aromas of cherries, pomegranates, and wild berries mingled with herbs and a subtle floral lift. There are touches of cedar, earth, and graphite that add complexity without dominating. The palate is full-bodied, with red and black cherries, pomegranates, and an impressive structure. Wine pairs well with grilled ribeye, slow-smoked BBQ, and roasted rack of lamb, rich beef stews, duck à l'orange, and creamy mushroom risottos. Also aged, hard cheeses like Manchego.
