Echeverría “No Es Pituko” Orange is a skin-contact Sauvignon Blanc from Chile’s Curicó Valley. Orange wine is white wine that's left in extended contact with its skins after fermentation, up to a month, giving its distinctive orange hue. The “ No es Pituko” Orange is an accessible, natural-leaning orange wine with real texture and acidity. On the palate, we get flavors of dried apricot, orange peel,stone fruit and a zesty citrus finish. While on the nose you will get aromas of white tea, hazelnut, sourdough, smoke, and wild herbs. We recommend pairing it with spicy food, roasted squash or root vegetables, mezze, grilled seafood, white pizza, and aged sheep’s-milk cheese.
