The wine presents with candied cherries, blackcurrant, cocoa powder, and espresso aromas practically

spill from the glass. The palate is full-bodied with firmly framed tannins and bright acidity that lead into a

structured yet silky-smooth and savory finish. Pairs well with short ribs, seared duck with cherry

compote, filet mignon. This wine is enjoyable young but will continue to develop with age.
