Medium- to full-bodied with a wonderfully oily texture that coats the palate. Bright citrus and orchard fruit give way to salted caramel, toasted nuts, cracked pepper and a subtle medicinal edge, all wrapped around a core of earthy smoke and maritime minerality. The integration of bourbon and sherry casks is seamless, adding depth without masking the distillate’s rugged coastal identity.
