Kurosawa Ginrei is a traditional Junmai Daiginjo. Its name, which means "Silver Peak," invokes an image of pure-white snowcapped mountains. It is also a reference to the ideal brewing conditions for sake: natural clean air; high-quality water; and cool temperatures. Kurosawa Ginrei Junmai Daiginjo is a bright, fruity, dry-leaning Junmai Daiginjo with medium body and lively acidity. With aromas of pineapple , asian pear, melon and underripe banana with a pineapple upside down cake. On the palate the Kurosawa Ginrei is clean, dry , with fruity flavors of asian pear, kiwi and pineapple custard with a refreshing acidity. Kurosawa Ginrei is great with sashimi, shrimp , light seasoned seafood and vegetables. Made with high-quality Gohyaku Mangoku rice milled to 50%.
