Lunaria Ancestrale Malvasia Pet Nat is a biodynamic, organic, vegan Malvasia pét-nat from Abruzzo, made by Cantina Orsogna. Lunaria’s Ancestral Pet Nat is crafted in the méthode ancestrale: where fermentation starts in the tank, then the wine is bottled before fermentation completes. This allows the bubbles to create naturally in the bottle, often with some fine lees and a slightly cloudy appearance. The Malvasia Pet Nat is a Brut Nature which has been bottled with minimal intervention, no added sugar, and unfiltered. We suggest pairing it with shellfish, crab and lobster, risottos, mild to medium‑aged cheeses, and fresh or lightly spiced seafood.
