Nose: Leads with dried raisin and orchard fruit followed by charred orange rind and lemon peel.

Notes: of burnt sugar, cinder toffee, and a slight hint of almonds also present.

Palate: Coats the mouth with vanilla. Pepperiness, tannins, and spices from European Oak also present. Finish Long brown sugar finish.
