Raul Perez Bierzo Godello Ultreia (2023)

Don’t be fooled by this beautiful Spanish white wine, this wine presents much more like a white burgundy with rich texture and a developed mid palette. Aromas of citrus and almonds and a lively minerally presence. Food pairings include pan-seared halibut, sea bass, and raw oysters, Roasted chicken, turkey, or pork chop or light creamy pasta, risotto, and semi-soft goat cheeses.
