This unique Canary Islands, located off the coast of Morocco, but technically a part of Spain, form a backdrop for some of the most unlikely yet wondrous vineyards for producing fine wines in the entire world. 150 year old vines make this beautifully expressive wine. Medium bodied, this wine shows no rusticity while the bright fruit layers are carried through by fine mineral notes. There is a silky quality to the tannins that are spot on. Pairs well with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and hearty stews.
