Tapatio Anejo Tequila 100% de Agave 80 Proof 1L

Tapatío Añejo shows a beautifully composed balance of mature oak and vivid highland agave character. Aromas of vanilla bean, cacao nibs and toasted coconut rise easily from the glass, followed by lime zest, dried orange peel and warm baking spices. Beneath the oak sits an earthy thread of roasted agave that keeps the profile energetic and focused.

The palate is supple yet structured, layering caramelized agave, dark chocolate and sweet barrel spice with hints of dried chile and cracked pepper. Despite the extended 18 months in used bourbon barrels, the wood never dominates, instead framing the tequila with polish and restraint. A flicker of citrus brightness lifts the richer notes through the mid-palate.

Long, spicy and warming on the finish, with lingering vanilla cream, cocoa powder and a savory touch of oak char. Traditional in style, deeply expressive and confidently mature.
