Wakaze Sake The Classic Junmai Sake

Wakaze “The Classic” Junmai is a French-brewed Junmai sake that drinks like a bright, citrusy, slightly wine‑like aperitif, made to showcase “Mastered in Japan, made in France.” This french sake is aromatic with notes of honey, citrus (grapefruit, yuzu, mandarin), and white flowers like orange blossom and lilac. On the palate it is light, refreshing, with noticeable acidity and a texture that recalls crisp white wine; often described as rich yet zesty and slightly off‑dry to semi‑sweet.
