Yatir Winery, Judean Hills Yatir Forest 1.5L

The Yatir Forest 2021 is produced from 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Petit Verdot, 14% Cabernet Franc, and 11% Merlot. The blend varies annually to reflect the Yatir character and the region's unique terroir. The wine was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, of which about a quarter were new. Yatir Forest 2021 is deep garnet in color, the wine offers a rich aroma and a balanced palate that combines intensity with elegance and freshness. It is suitable for aging for 10 plus years.
